Yikes, snow!

We are currently in Fairhope, AL for a 3 day show. Weather is the pits. Bad storms Thursday night after set-up.

Arrived this AM (Friday) to a mess. Fortunately we were OK. But 30 tents went down diring the night and folks lost a lot of their work. One person set up Thursday night with ceramics. Lost everything as did many others.

Folks turned out Friday AM and early afternoon before the rain came back. The show closed early.

More rain on Saturday. Sunday is supposed to be perfect with sunny skies. Spring is iffy anywhere!

But I can't imagine doing a show in snow. Especially if the snow accumulates on the roof - that could be very dangerous.

Maybe an investment in a small propane heater would be in order. We are thinking of doing an outdoor show in TN in early December and one of those heaters would be a must.

let us know how it turns out.

Best of luck  on your show. I have found that Spring shows do not do as well as the Fall ones. With the exception of the larger ones. Let us know how it goes. As for the snow, we are supposed to get some on Sunday too, but then I am at the western end of the state :) just outside Pittsburgh.
