laust18 Posted April 14, 2016 Report Posted April 14, 2016 ok, can anyone make this? I want an autism awareness ribon but as a puzzle, either in a plque or free standing also, i want the words "YOU ARE......AU-SOME" IN A FONT THAT LOOKS LIKE A CHILD WROTE IT, maybe the words can be the base for the free standing virsion, or as rockers above and below the ribbon if its a plaque design. Id prefere to be free standing awareness ribbon puzzle, but will settle for a plaque. My design skills or lack therof just wont allow me to figure how to do this at this time, can anyone make this pattern for me? Birchbark Posted April 15, 2016 Report Posted April 15, 2016 Here's my attempt at your request. I designed it to be 18" tall. That seems pretty big now that i look at it. If you go much smaller you'll need to cut bigger pieces probably. IDK. Whatever you think needs to be changed, feel free. If you cut it, I'd like to see a picture of the finished project. Hope this helps, it was a lot of work. Russell ChelCass, laust18 and bobscroll 3 Quote
laust18 Posted April 18, 2016 Author Report Posted April 18, 2016 Russell, this is exactly what I had envisioned, this is awesome thank you so much, Sorry It took me a while to see it, still to new to know what in the heck im doing on this site....lol, .Now I want it to stand up on its own, do you think its best to cut this in a thin wood and make a base for it, or do you think I could make the letters the base? laust18 Posted April 19, 2016 Author Report Posted April 19, 2016 Sorry Russell, didnt realize that you did make the letters as the base, this is perfect thank you Quote
Birchbark Posted April 19, 2016 Report Posted April 19, 2016 I'm glad this one will work for you. If it seems a little unstable after you cut it out, since its so tall, you may need to attach a base. Of course its all up to you. Once again, glad i could help. Russell Quote
