A while back I cut a silhouette of a Tui on a flax plant.  This prompted someone to ask for a fantail so here he is.  Cut from reclaimed Rimu as usual and finished with BLO and beeswax with a black closed cell foam backer.  Fantails are friendly little birds that flit from bush to bush and are not shy of humans, often flying within a few feet of you.
