wombatie Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 Can't wait to see it finished. Are you going to paint it or leave it Maple? Marg danny and don watson 2 Quote
lawson56 Posted May 26, 2016 Report Posted May 26, 2016 The Finished Fish is gonna look Fantastic.Great job so far. don watson 1 Quote
don watson Posted May 26, 2016 Author Report Posted May 26, 2016 Thanks for the comments, I love praise. @ Marg, I am going to paint as the Maple is very bland and has no grain figure at all. Once I get the hang of this I would like to make some Intarsia with the natural wood grain showing, I think it would look awesome. take care Don W Quote

don watson Posted May 28, 2016 Author Report Posted May 28, 2016 Hi All, Finished the fish. Quite like working like this so I will probably keep doing the exercises and see if I can keep making improvement. I have attached it to a backing piece and it is sitting on my zero clearance plate. Quote
