Made this for our sister church in Garvin,Ok. First sign I have made thought it turned out good. Everything is routed, painted lettering and doves. Dark walnut stain on board.

I often wonder if people freehand rout or if that's even possible?"And what kind of jigs are available and can you make your own??Guess in should google all mthis,lol

Kevin if you want to know about signs these guys have a ton of videos that show you step by step how to do it. Most all their signs are made with 4 router bits.

Wow, your hands must be a lot steadier than mine. Nice job! What kind of router did you use?

It is an old old craftsman. Can't get many parts for it anymore but still works.

Is there no end to your talents Falcon?  First pyrography now freehand routing and sign making.   Are you sure you belong here? :shock:
