Great start on a beautiful pattern.  Looks like you are progressing nicely with it.  Thanks for sharing your "work in progress" .  I can't even seem to get shared photos of finished projects - much less remembering to share them "in progress".

Thank you- I'm glad you enjoy it!

Yeah I kinda like documenting things simply so I can come back to them any time I want, just wait till I start posting time lapse videos ;D And thank you for your warm welcome :)

Ah that's better!  I was worried about that dirty great flaw in the first couple of pictures but now I see that that is the back of the piece.  Great cutting!  It's going to be a beauty.

Well done, keep it up,

Rob

Yes, sorry, I guess I should've specified at the beginning and also that I stack cut 4 layers from 2 different colours of plywood.

Personally I think it's the light version on a black background that will stand out the most :)

Thanks for your input!

Well, the final cut has been done!

I tried to count the number of holes but my eyes gave up after about a hundred or so 😂😂😂

So anyways, I estimate I spent around 8-10 hours on preparation, stacking and cutting and went through 3 #2/0 reverse skip tooth blades which I reckon is quite good considering it works out at less than 1 blade per copy ;D

All that is left now is to cut all pieces to size, make 2 copies super high gloss and 2 copies semi gloss, all on black background and in nice frames.

As always- any feedback and suggestions are very welcome!

Marcin
