rjR Posted November 29, 2016 Report Posted November 29, 2016 Made for the heck of it. Shop salvage material Even the acrylic was just lying around; too scuffed to be used as a shinny material again; light sanding gives it a nice soft effect! Cedar wolves, other woods are unknown-- I think poplar for the upright, not sure. cork glued to bottoms to help prevent slip. Hit very lightly with torch to add depth. My modified from a open stock silhouette wolf pattern. About 6-1/2 inches tall. My youngest grand-daughter saw it and said"Really cool; Is it mine?" Pretty easy answer, YES! Lucky2 Posted November 30, 2016 Report Posted November 30, 2016 Nicely done Ralph, I'm sure you made your granddaughters day. If she didn't beforehand, she now probably thinks your the bestest grandfather ever. Len Quote
meflick Posted November 30, 2016 Report Posted November 30, 2016 Excellent work Ralph, I can see why your granddaughter was excited by them and wanting to know if they were her's. Good that Grandpa could grant her wish! Thanks for sharing. Quote
