Our government decided that we needed a faster internet service so gradually we are being moved from DSL to NBN (National Broadband)  I switched over a little less that two months ago and in that time I think I have had 3 and a half weeks uninterrupted  internet and phone service.  The phones are now linked to the internet not a separate phone line.  I have had no phone service for two days.  I have rung the company twice now and this morning I threatened them that I would go to a different company if they did not fix the problem.  I was told that they would fix the problem, so now I have to wait and see.  Sorry I just needed to vent. :sad::grr::curse:

I have my internet , Phone, and T V with the same company, It is fast and all that except when it goes out then  we have nothing. Before I had it with Cincinnati Bell and it was not nearly as fast. if it went thru our goverment i could see where it would be a mess.

There was a whole range of problems but all fixed now.  One of them was a corroded wire back at the main terminal, that was the main problem.
