I'd do 6mm or smaller ply, not MDF but that's because I'm not a fan of the termite barf. edit: If that's the font, tell me what number you want and I can throw it together in a few minutes in the morning. Rob Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Hey Merlin, I made one recently using some melamine faced MDF that came from my daughters old Ikea bed. About 5-6mm thick (quarter inch approx). I didn't need any finish as it was already white on one side and blue on the other. Rob Quote

I have some 3-4mm ply and I will also try an LP record...................To much crap in MDF and they actually use MDF for these things to stick into cakes.......Yuk Merlin................ Quote
