I saw this on utube which game me the idea. This isn't exactly how I did it.............cut the hinge on my scroll saw.

Thanks Ralph. I use pre catalyzed lacquer with a spray gun.

when you do your inlay is it double bevel ( titling the table ) or straight cutting, thx RJ 

I  tilted the table about 1.7 degrees for the inlay. The mortise and tenons are straight.
