Whenever I can, I do. Whatever I can to make things go a little easier. But most of the time I put them up and forget about them if they don't get used often. The main one is a jig to cut the angle on the bottom of the flag case I've made.

I only make jigs if I need to do a repetitive action. I have one that cuts wheel axles for toy cars. I also have a jig that sets the wheels a little easier. I have a mock table for my drill press that allows me to sink a drum sander below the table surface. I also made a table saw sled that I'd like to remake (I didn't do a very good job the first time). Most of my other jigs are pretty crude and only around for a short time. Since its hard for me to find a large chunk of time to do woodworking, I'd don't spend too much time making jigs. :?
