Sydney Posted October 3, 2018 Report Posted October 3, 2018 (edited) I looked in the pattern library for a pattern for star knobs and can not find one. Does any one have one? Just simple and basic knob for different jigs. Thanks Edited October 3, 2018 by Sydney wrong form Quote
jollyred Posted October 4, 2018 Report Posted October 4, 2018 (edited) Check Steve Good's site, he has a pattern for knobs. Otherwise, just use a circle template (a jar lid of the right size works great), and trace it to make a circle. Then use a smaller circle template to make some indentations around that circle. The hardest part would be finding the center to drill the hole for the bolt. If all else fails, here is a pattern I made a while back to cut some. You may have to rescale the pattern to the size you need. KNOB.pdf Edited October 4, 2018 by jollyred amazingkevin and Fab4 1 1 Quote

Karl S Posted October 17, 2018 Report Posted October 17, 2018 (edited) Here's a link to "How to make a wood knob" from the Gwinnett Woodworkers website , pretty interesting way to make them. Edited October 17, 2018 by Karl S John B 1 Quote
