Couple things I finished the past two days.

A couple pieces I finished while off work this week. The shuttle is for a friend at work, a sort of going away present. He’s moving. The lighthouse was requested by another friend as a gift for his mom. It was the first time I tried rounding the edges. I have a Dremel with the plunge router attachment that I used. I think it looks better than the squared edges.

Looks really good. The rounded edges gives it a very finished look. Well done.

Both projects look great.  That lighthouse was one of the first things I ever cut with my saw after I started doing it initially with Intarsia work. I gave mine to my husband.  I am sure your coworker and friend and his mother will love your work.  Thanks for sharing.
