Unique godmother gift

Hi everyone i have a request from a friend of mine for an "unique" godmothers gift. He told me run with it only thing is I'm to out of shape to run to far LOL. but I'm plum out of ideas for something like this. Wondering if any of the great pattern makers on here can come up with something to help me out. It's as to say "love Cody god moms treasure". Anyone have any ideas?

This is the only idea i could come up with Todd, and I think this might not be possible to cut.  The 'S' is a tough one IMO.  Maybe you can make the changes you are comfortable with.

Thanks guys for 2 great patterns. I sent both patterns to the person who wanted it done and they chose Travis's pattern. I do give both of you a BIG THANK YOU. Without people like yourselves who go out of there way with your time,effort & talent to help others out when trying to get a certain project for someone. Your work and time is greatly appreciated.
