Take it a little at a time, and don't think back, think of whats to come and enjoy the little things, good luck and my prayers are with you amazingkevin and oldhudson 2 Quote

RabidAlien Posted October 5, 2019 Report Posted October 5, 2019 I know the feelin. Also know that no words exist to make things better. Just know that God's got it under control, no matter how rough it gets. After my first wife left me, I got into the habit of setting my watch to beep every hour, and I'd make a point to stop and say a quick prayer for help to get me through to the next hour (worked in retail, had to spend all day helping happy couples....). That helped a lot. Stay strong, and know that we're always here for you if you need to vent, gripe, scream, holler, create sawdust, or just ask for prayers in general. Quote
teachnlearn Posted October 5, 2019 Report Posted October 5, 2019 If it makes you feel any better, our family was homeless on the streets for 2 years. Not writing from the streets now, so there are some major bumps, but it gets better. Someone told me while we sat in the street. "You have nothing to worry about, you hit bottom and survived. Now all you've got is have things get better." Wanted to hit him, but he was right. RJF RabidAlien 1 Quote
heppnerguy Posted October 6, 2019 Report Posted October 6, 2019 life does sometimes give us a lot of problems. You fought to save your marriage but when people develop bad habits they do not seem to be able to get over them. You took your best shot at trying to get things corrected and it just did not work for you. Our family here in The Village will always be here waiting your return. You will not be forgotten and prayers for you to get things in your life working for you once more will continue until you do get back to this family of yours. Keep focused and continue trying and do not ever give in or up. Dick heppnerguy gator 1 Quote
