Went to an estate sale several week ago. There were some pieces of white oak and pine. There were some pieces I didn't recognize. This is one. I am cutting a project now. Thanks for any help. Mimi

ok thanks I have never cut ash before . Ii is kind of hard. but I am getting through it and I think the pattern will look great. thanks again for the information. . I am thinking that the man that lived there used to carve because he had all types of wood and. I wish I could have bought it all but it was kind of pricey.
