pattern please?

Anyone can make a patern of this? i tried myself, but couldnt make it work, this man died of cancer and her daughter ask me to make a portrait of him, so if anyone can help me out?

As Mahendra said, not an easy one, i gave it a shot tho.  Hope it helps.  Maybe someone will give you another choice.

A picture of the finished project would be appreciated.
