hi mate i have converted it but it didn't come up great maybe someone else in the group can get it better but here is what i managed to get from the photo hope it helps 

both are jpeg files

I gave it a shot. Hard to get too much 'close up detail".

The picture quality is good but the subjects are far behind so it's difficult to get a good pattern . I tried sorry sir
