My name is Steve and I've dabbled in scrolling for many years. I primarily used my Delta scrollsaw for cutting RC model airplane parts. I've also cut ornaments, compound 3d cuts, some primitive intarsia and a purpleheart basket. I'm interested in learning the finer points of scrolling and intarsia and becoming more involved in the hobby. I've got a lot to learn, starting with blade selection and cutting speed.

Welcome friend!!! I use low number blades for thin wood and 7-9&12's for thicker woods.i like scroll reverse blades for less sanding.on my DeWalt saw I pretty much keep the speed on 7. Hope you become a regular here!!!
