The past 2 weeks I've started several projects since I usually have wait time between glue ups of several of the projects

So finally, after 2 weeks of a stop and go effort I have finished the drawers on the permanent bench!

Prior to the current woodworking course, my drawers left much to be desired but since building the new workbench I'm now officially a 'drawer making fool". LOL

Here are before and after pictures

Before the drawers there were shelves - too easy for things to get pushed to the back and forgotten:

Now I can organize the drawers and I think it looks so much better!

I still have a door to make to hide the jigs but that is going to wait a few days or more. The round dust port sticking out is my down draft sanding table top

Thanks as always in advance for reading

I can,t imagine the size of the drawers I,d needas I have back up,s for everything!!! Good work on yours!!!!

Yah, I had a similar issue.

So, what I did was measure the height and length of items I wanted to stow. That's why I have several different heights and what you can't see is there are a few different depths as well.

All are 3/4" ply and 1/4" bottoms and very sturdy

I'm now working on another bench and those drawers on one side are 2 5/8" in height similar to the bench I just built
