Remember...that's getting sketchier by the day now that I'm approaching 70...

But I do Remember a lot of what I enjoyed doing back then or what I was not supposed to do...

Just two days ago put both arms above my head for a stretch and pulled, hurt or worst something in my shoulder all the way down to above the elbow... bugger it hurts like blazers...

Oh well I know I'm alive when it hurts...That's good I suppose...

My body is more like (oh yeah go ahead and try) and I always regret it for several days.

You might want to get that checked out. I sneezed and thought that I pulled a muscle in my chest. Turned out to be blood clots in both lungs and pneumonia after I finally went to hospital a week later.
