Dan Posted August 7, 2022 Report Posted August 7, 2022 I love the wall in the background. I think I'll do something like that for my garage. Quote

WayneMahler Posted August 8, 2022 Report Posted August 8, 2022 Good information for people just getting into tools. Gives you a way to learn and grow. danny 1 Quote
Freddie Posted August 10, 2022 Report Posted August 10, 2022 Thanks for sharing. I agree with his logic. I have bought their clamps which are low cost. They bend easier than the better quality clamps but are fine for small low pressure jobs Quote
John B Posted August 14, 2022 Report Posted August 14, 2022 As a tradie, I always purchase the best I can afford. If I can not afford it at the moment I will wait. I have been bitten too many times by cheap Chinese tools to bother with them now, (if there are alternatives). The feel of a quality tool in your hand is so much more satisfying than Chinesium. I will do my best to buy Aussie made (Bugger all of that Now), then look for English, USA and European. Garage sales are great places to get quality Aussie made tools. Machines are another kettle of fish as Taiwan seems to be the only alternative to chinese made. Some are still manufactured in Japan and Europe. LarryEA and OCtoolguy 2 Quote
