Pattern Request - Little Dog

Hi All - this little guy was 12 years old and had to be put down last month. I'd love to give his owner a framed scroll saw version of the photo for Christmas but my pattern-making skills just aren't at this level yet.  If anyone has time and can convert this to a pattern I'd greatly appreciate it.  The image is only 600K but I've not been successful in tracking down the original.

Paul - I did a few modifications to your pattern to remove the body and zoom in on the face. I was able to get it done in time for Christmas.
