For a musician friend’s wife

Pattern making is still something I struggle with. This is a local musician friend of mine that I would like to do a cutting for his wife. I would love any help someone could give. Though not good at making patterns, I am not afraid of detail when cutting and would love to include the guitar.

It's photoshop 7 I have had it for years, it does everything I need
