Travis Posted March 15, 2023 Report Share Posted March 15, 2023 I'm really sorry to hear about that. I took a look and I'm not seeing any kind of post or update in my records. I tested the system again on my profile and it seemed to work. I use Google Chrome. I think any modern web-browser would work fine. I'd stay away from Internet Explorer, though. The only thing I can think of is try it again. Just fill out one field, then click Save button in the bottom left corner of the window. Then go back into Edit Profile and make sure it stuck.
