Always wear one, use a JSP  725 Moulded Typhoon Valved Mask  Disposable Mask. They have a adjustable elastic strap and a wire over the nose part which allows you to ensure a close fit. I wear glasses and they do tend to fog up slightly. Would like to purchase a Trend visor but cannot justify paying over £200.

I always wear a dust mask. It's a ½ mask, single filter in front purchased many years ago. Very comfortable with no fogging. Sad part it's no longer available. So I treat it with special care and have a supply of replacement filters to hopefully last a few more years.

I think Zen Scroller made a very good post about hands free magnifiers and how they can eliminate the need for goggles.

There is a good hands free magnifier here that people may be interested in.

Hope this helps.
