Thanks Steve Good and Kenneth Van Winkle for the plans. I have to say that this stand works great. I added a live outlet and a switched outlet. The saw is connected to the switch and the light is on the live outhet. I made a 10' cord for power so the saw can go anywhere. For the top, instead of carpet I cut a piece of horse stall rubber mat and used that, the saw is just about vibration free. :thumbs: Thanks for looking :cool: Art

Very strong solid construction!I'd like the single leg in front on mine though.Hope yours elevates in the back to save your back from stooping.My dw788 is a foot higher in the back than the front.great job and should never need any mdification for years to come.Thanks for the quick show and tell! :)
