Dog Photo into pattern

Can someone help me with this photo and making a scrollable pattern?

I am wondering how to convert this, I've never tried it. Patrick recently crossed the rainbow bridge he was a good friends dog that we watched often.

After much searching, I did a quick cutout of this, I may try one of what Yamatetsu posted for me. I would need to increase the size on the artwork he posted they all look great.

To give you a glimpse how this style of pattern looks like in real life:

This is my dog Gina.

35 x 47 cm, backer board 4mm, Gina 4mm, 'cheap' DIY store ply, done with a hand held fretsaw with a #1 blade.

This took a lot of work, but I think it's totally worth it.
