Im making plaques for all my nieces and nephews and friends Im about to see next month, fisherman as I posted, soccer Im working on, one is a nurse, thats finished will post eventually when they are mostly done, and one is a lawyer, but they dont want a lawyer wood thing, they want something else and I know they are an axe thrower, competes, so I was looking for axe throwing anything patterns, couldnt find one. I could look at a tee shirt on the topic, try to print it out someway, unless someone here knows where a pattern can be found, for fee or free, thanx in advance.

theres alot of sayings I found, like be calm axe on....or so you throw darts, thats cute, but Id prefer that in a pattern to cut out.

Allen,

Steve Good has a very nice, double headed, axe pattern, that has a shield hanger to go with it. You don't have to make the whole thing, or make it as ornate, just customize to your needs. A short saying, cut into the handle is another option.

Saw that but I decided to have my wife print out words and I'm going to print out a simple axe and try to make it more like intarsia with the axe

worst case scenario it doesn't work or look good and I scrap it

im just about finished with all the pieces I need for my summer trip and family members so it's worth a shot

Did you check Pinterest?  Type in Axe throwing pattern, I saw a couple there you might like.

I had a pattern from a tee shirt but I'm an idiot I didn't realize the letters were not correct for cutting I made my wife spend a lot of time printing and resizing all for nothing

so I looked at Pinterest and a simple sign aim throw swear repeat will work for me

ill cut out the letters paint them and glue to a board

Thankyou I never looked there

the axe thrower is an attorney a very high paid works for a top firm in Florida makes more money then I ever did at that young age but she hinted she doesn't want anything lawyer related so I'm going to have to spend a lot more time cutting out letters and a lot of painting

I hope she appreciates it
