Insane Dust Maker Posted June 26, 2025 Report Posted June 26, 2025 Hi all, I need some help please, I downloaded the attached pattern from the pattern library, but try as I may I can’t get a clear pattern to fit my standard 12”x 14” board. I’ve tried with my limited knowledge to get the lines clear and straight so I can cut this. It’s going to be a gift for my granddaughter. I would truly appreciate any help, thank you. By stretching the image to 12" width, the height is well below 14". You'd get something like this: Note the white bars at the top and at the bottom. You could stretch the image first to 12" width and then to 14" height, but the aspect ratio is not maintained and so you'd get quite long faces. Given that this is the Last Supper, long faces would be in theme, but it just looks odd. The thing that can be done is stretching the image to 14" height while maintaining the aspect ratio, which results in an image that has the right height but is a bit too wide. Now if you cut off the oversized bits, you get something like this. Some details on the sides are lost, but it still looks good. OCtoolguy 1 Quote

Fish Posted July 1, 2025 Report Posted July 1, 2025 Depending on how much you’d use it, the program rapid Resizer would work for what you want. I think is $40 a year and you can resize and download the finished pattern. I have paid for it yearly for quite a few years now. I don’t use it as much as before but still enough to keep paying for it. It’s a great program. You can’t download it you just pay for it and have access online when needed. Im glad you can use the pattern. Hope we can see it when done. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
