new kind of Cellphone stand

I saw a post on another site about using a digital angle finder as a depth gauge. The ole brain started working on a way to use a cellphone with a bubble level app to do the same thing. ( I always know where the phone is and it's mostly kept charged ) 

I took a 1 x 2 and traced the outline of the phone, then cut out the pattern, sanded the inside a bit ( to maintain a fiction fit

It doesn't need a base right now but I might add one and flush mount a couple of small magnets.
