Popular Post kmmcrafts Posted August 6 Popular Post Posted August 6 Made myself something to put on my desk.. usually making this stuff for my wife or someone besides myself so here is my gift to myself, LOL. Made from Spalted Maple with Walnut legs one ring is Cherry and one from Spalted Maple.. I like to mix it up a little and it's good for using up small scrap pieces too. Cut from 3/8 materials on my Hawk BM-26 with Pegas #3 MFG blade. Been a while since I've run my saw. Now that I show it off to a couple friends I now get to make some more of them, funny how that works out sometimes. LOL Dan, MTCowpoke22, JackJones and 10 others 12 1 Quote

don in brooklin on Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Love the idea of putting on the names versus the initials. I have the pattern sitting on my to do file and this gives me some inspiration. Well done. kmmcrafts 1 Quote

Denny Knappen Posted August 7 Posted August 7 Mighty fine. I like the names too, but I don't have a Laser. Quote

The one downside with cutting them is it'll make the piece a bit more fragile.. I know I've cut a lot smaller text than this making custom personalized Christmas ornaments etc.. I've cut 1/4" tall text on those plenty of times. heppnerguy 1 Quote
