When i'm in my shop i can tune out the world, Then again with my radio blastin and tools fired up an atomic bomb could go off and i wouldn't know. It's the best place for me to talk to the Lord without interuptions or distractions. It's my so called prayer closet. sully Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
bandaideman Posted October 11, 2013 Report Posted October 11, 2013 I can not know how you feel. It does take time to move through a loss like that, My father took about a year before he was feeling back in the swing so to speak after 65 years of marriage and my mother passing. It has been about 5 years now and he is doing well but still admits he finds himself talking to her and asking her questions about things he should do. All this to say it takes time and it is different for everyone. A time in my life I had a loss and I finally figured out I just need to get out there and do something every day even when I did not want to, and this the best thing for me.
