Hi folks & thanks to Dick for your instructions on how to post on this thing,hope it works this time these are a few of my latest works hope you find them deserving of this forum as I have only had my saw since July this year.

 I too enjoy the cartoon characters. Your work is fun. What kind of paint are you using to paint your rabbit. I don't always like the painted ones but the cartoons cry for paint, in my oppinion. I have a lot of difficulty with getting the results i am after, You seemed to have found the answer..so what is your secret ?

PS  look you have just started here, and you already are being asked questions by family members..

   No great secret Dick I used oil based enamel for the grey on the rabbit.water based enamel for the pink ears & a water dye for the carrot They were all coated with a high gloss varnish & each piece was painted & varnished before being glued together & glued to the backboard,the coyote is all oil based enamel & the landscape is a water dye applied by a rag & not varnished.
