Got some eggs and grits still hot on the griddle. I woke at 4 a.m. and couldn't get back to sleep so decided to get up. Rainy day but not cold. Hope to get my car out of the shop today. I've been without it for two weeks. Enough about my day, what's happening in your neck of the woods?

Mark, you are literally just down the road. I'm just north of Mt. Carmel and south of Milford. We just moved here two months ago so we are still getting familiar with the area.

Oh, Sully. A southerner that don't like grits!! How about some sausage gravy for the biscuits?

Dan it's been years since i had grits & eggs sounds like a treat with salt & pepper no sugar please.I know the feeling about the car good luck but two weeks sounds expensive ! Hey mark ,Last i knew my sister lives in west carrolton, man i never seen a place like that a church on every corner and the folks i ran into weren't friendly..Sully you got the right idea ,hashbrowns and i like mine crispy please and as far as the bisquits go could you whip up some gravy southern style to smother them in and i don't want to be able to see the biscuits under the gravy either.i got an whole two bedroom apartment to paint today and in my younger days i could have done it and have done it and only charged 250 for doing it .Now it's taking days to transform these places with my signature on the walls..Man that 7 day fast whipped me in to shape work wise ,Thank the good Lord for that .i still ride the scooter i the stores though but it's coming to an end long as i stay active.Tommorrow is my day ,thank you land lady ,for doing my martin luther king portraits, and theres'a stack of them too..Sunday im going to go 70 mles to pick up a c-arm delta if it's still there for 50 bucks used very little .i had one before and loved it .for 50 bucks and a nice drive on a sunday this will be my outside saw and a back up.The circuit board on the other c-arm went kaput and i tossed it in the rubbish which is no easy task being as heavy as it is cast iron..Ok another day another way ,let me get crackin ,miles to go ,people to meet and things to do ,CHOW! my friends enjoy your day! :)

Morning all,  Thanks for the coffee and breakfast.  Making a trip to the Soo today to do a bit of shopping.  Want to hit the Joann shop to see what goodies it has to offer.  Couple of stores I have not been in for almost a year so will have to check them out as well.

Have a great day everyone.
