Ken O Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Our first grandson just arrived at 6:15 this morning . Mom and son are doing great. She only took 3 hours from the time she checked in at the hospital til he was born. We got a call this morning at 3:45 "Mom, we're at the hospital, you better get here!" Pretty cool. What's even more awesome as that even though I'm her stepdad, he got my name as his middle name! I must have done a decent job. keefie 1 Quote

Multifasited Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Congratulations ,in a few yrs.,you and she will see things and understand things only you knew before ,it's a revelation as to the stupid decisions thier parents made ,before they had thier own, My second son swore when he had kid's he would never lecture his kid's (How he hated that growing up )one nite he came down and discribed the wild scene at his house involveing his 3 son's out of control behavior all at once ,He said he gathered them all up set them down raised his hand to speak , and I heard my father speak thru my mouth ,scared hell out of me! He's said then I knew why dad lectured ,IT kept him from killing us ! Quote
