Kevin great job.  Here is a neat idea, next one make it 2 sided but the bills are facing opposite ways.  It would be harder to put together and you could charge a bit more for them.  Just a thought.  I like your puzzle.  Thanks for sharing this with us.

Superb job Kevin. Some folks have money to burn. You just cut it up for jig saws. Perfect.

Thank Frankorona, wish I could have used a spiral as all the tedious tight turns are atrocious with such tiny pieces .No room for error.A spiral would be trick but can't find one thin enough to do the job ,I guess it would be a 000/0as a 2/0 spiral I way too big.

I think it's 3/16" or some metric size,might be 1/4"too..Make sure your blade in perfectly square for a great fitting puzzle to put together or take apart.Thanks for looking DAN!
