Segmentation from a 2 x4

Our club had a 2 x 4 challenge and this is one of my entries.

 

All done from 1 piece of construction grade 2 x 4.  Door topper pattern by JGR that I turned into a bookshelf display.

 

With all the knots , I only used probably 60% of the wood.  124 pieces in the flowers alone.

I really like it. Too bad you didn't win !  It should have. So let them wish it was their's. You did a real nice job on it. I never though of using the thicker wood for a segmentation. Good Idea.   Thanks
