5. Hi, I've just got my first scroll saw book as a present. It's called FUN AND EASY SCROLL SAW PROJECTS by Patrick SPIELMAN. I don't know if it's a good idea to have a Scroll saw Book / Magazine / DVD review section, where readers could share their critics about their readings, and get feedback from other members. I for one would love to share my thoughts about my new book. If the section idea is interesting i suggest we adopt some kind of "mask" in composing any new thread's title. Something like : type, title, author, year Type refers to the media type, and only take three values : B is for Book, M is for Magazine, D is for disc (DVD and such). So, If I want to start a discussion about Spielman's book I should start a new discussion thread with this title : type, title, author, year B,Fun and easy Scroll saw projects, P. SPIELMAN,2002 (They have a similar threading system in some music forum...) Anyway, we're looking at building a valuable database that would help forum members in finding/buying their litterature. What do you all think? fEZ ;•=)

12. Hi, Just wanted to share what's going on in my shop. I've finally decided I'd cut the Targui man portrait, and make it kinda big! well as big as 16x29". I had to divide the pattern to 6 parts cut every part separately to reassamble the lot. I've cut two layers in one go. Still a long way to go.... Wish me luck. fEZ ;•=)
13. Thanks for finally giving a sense to your sig Vector01! Nice one greasemonkeyredneck! lol fEZ ;•=)
14. Thanks Sue! I use any material really. Used Masonite for this one. Cut first like any ordinary scrollsaw work. Use a second piece of Masonite as a backer. Stick the two. let fix. Prepare a paste with white acrylic paint and marble sand. Apply with a hard brush all over, to get the rough texture. Sand paper. (Slightly). Varnish. Et voilà ! fEZ ;•=)
15. Thanks Marshall! fEZ ;•=)

24. You can use the old print screen method. There must be a PRTSC key somewhere on your keyboard... After that open MS paint and paste the clipboard content using Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut. Save as Jpeg and that's it. You won't get a high resolution picture, but it should be enough for us to see it. fEZ.
