8. You can use the old print screen method. There must be a PRTSC key somewhere on your keyboard... After that open MS paint and paste the clipboard content using Ctrl+V keyboard shortcut. Save as Jpeg and that's it. You won't get a high resolution picture, but it should be enough for us to see it. fEZ.
9. Great idea travis Good work joscrolls and yost69 Here's my contribution... fEZ.

12. Wow Sam! They're all terrific pieces, I'm a guitarist so you know know what I might be cutting some times... Are the dragon, witch and deer works lamps? Did you design the guitar patterns yourself? Any chance you could share them with us? Thanks for showing your works to us anyway.. fEZ.

16. I second that. This wood is fantastic Blame, so's the job. Well done!
17. Hi Blame, If you're going to use a dark backer, then yes, a dark frame will be a colour "reminder"(?)... If you see what I mean- I don't know if reminder is the right word... Cheers. fEZ.
18. Yes, thanks on behalf of one lucky customer, I'm sure Blame will do a great job! fEZ.
19. Here are three simulations of the pattern applied on some wood texture images.
20. Great! So you'll be doing it, just like a lonesome and romantic musician playing along on a patio. I think it'll be Divine inspiration AND Genius. Anyway we'll check out your new patterns and cuttings from now on, to know more about the patio effect Have fun. fEZ.
21. Hi, I have been running an Arabic calligraphy design service on my blog for months now. Some visitor to my blog, from Texas, is interested in having some scroll saw work done for a friend's birthday. The gift idea is to have the friend's name (In arabic calligraphy) scrolled out on wood. I can provide the pattern if anyone (more or less near in the area) is ready to do the cutting, eventually the framing and the mailing jobs. In the picture below, Linda (AiNationalGuardMom) has done a similar work to what I'm thinking about : except that I think it should be rectangular and framed. You'll have to make an estimation of how much it'll cost, that either of us will have to transmit to the client, who will make the final order (or not). PS1 : The pattern is rather simple. PS 2 : birthday is on the 2nd of June. Anyone? fEZ.
22. Not wrong and you're my saviour WJ! So it's a zip tie then! lol the closest I got to naming this thing, using all available means, was flexicuffs! We definitely need that graphic search engine. Now Mrs Google! Actually the zip tie was just there on my working bench, for someone to utilize it. It could have been any other object really. Thanks for commenting!
23. I'm here! Thanks Linda, Christina, Travis Paul and Fran, for the nice comments. Now's time to unravel the mystery. In fact, as I only get to used very low quality wood, I always have to find a way to enhance my media. Marble powder and acrylic paint mix make a fantastic coating to work with. For this project I just added some tint. The texture itself was made on the fresh coating, using this : and finally clear varnished it after 24h drying. Et voilà ! PS : This frame is now hanging in a living room somewhere in Portsmouth, UK, a thousand miles away from my shop. Best wishes fEZ.
24. Hello Debbie, The Village is safe, make yourself at home. See you around. fEZ.
