  12. Hi David, welcome to the Village. I'm Marg from Australia. Your first cut is better than mine was and that was about 16 years ago now, and I still love every second of it. Ask all the questions you want and you will get an answer even if that question has been asked a thousand times before by a thousand other people. If you don't ask you don't learn. Also the suggestion about the aquarium air pump is a really good one, its cheaper than a new saw at this stage. Marg
  13. Hi Brian, welcome to the Village. I'm Marg from Australia. Wow that is a mighty impressive piece. It must had taken you hours and hours to complete. I recently did my first Intarsia piece, don't think that bug will bite very hard but at least I'm not frightened to do another piece now. Marg
  14. I've run out of 'Likes' so for those I didn't get too thanks for the lovely comments. Looks as if the second set is now sold too. Marg

  16. I finally finished 2 sets of Christmas Fans. The patterns are by Sue Mey. The ply is about 2 1/2 mm thick both front and back with a very thin piece of clear film between and Amos Glass Deco (stained glass) One set is already sold. The photo taken on the window is to show how they look with the light shining through them, well it would have if the sun had been shinning in the right direction. Marg

  25. I always put my work on my facebook page for family and friends to look at and I have been meaning to open a Facebook business page for about 3 years, but I haven't got around to it yet. I sell mainly by word of mouth and all of the money I make I put back into my hobby. Marg
