I don't think so " so we pass the information on to the younger folks and let them do all the straining while we make sure that they are doing it "right" DW

  14. Finished one of my largest piggy bank orders this morning. A grandmother wanted bank with brass nameplates for each of her grandchildren. The banks are ~ 10 inches long, 4 inches wide and 7 inches tall. The name plates are 1 inch wide, 4 inches long and cut from 0.029 inch thick brass. Sealed with tung oil and then finished with shellac. DW

  24. That is looking good Kevin. If you can lube the Craftsman they tended to be under lubed when new. Looks however like you have a great deal going on. Thanks for sharing this with us. DW
  25. Kevin take that food coloring and add it to denatured alcohol you get the staining but no grain lifting. Works good and is pretty fast. DW
