Thanks for the great comments. Regarding the frame it is a 2.00 dollar yard sale find. I fell in love with the workmanship in it and had to have it. Sized this cutting so I could use the frame. thanks again jim

Had to post this one right away. Thanks to Don and Birchbark for the help and patterns they created. I sort of took some from each and modified the pattern a little. did it 12 by 16. Used 1/8 Cherry ply and cut with #2 R flat blades. Really enjoyed doing this one, loved the way it went together. Great fun. Thanks again to both of you. jim penquin
