Simple design from 2x4's.....used 1x4 scraps for hat.....I only used the scroll saw to cut templates for mouth, eyes, & nose....spray painted....added ribbon & pine cone for added detail...

I use a DW 788.......got speed set on "6".......that's the fastest speed I use ever

Since these only take 30 min. to cut, I got a lot done today.....all white oak....routed edge......4 coats of gloss Deft.........

Had a request if I could make this.....here it is....nothing too hard about it.....10 x 12 1/2" sanded plywood.......they are going to finish it themselves.......comments as always....ty

Yes, I did design them......I got the solar lights on clearance last year.....I think I paid $2.99ea.......bought everything they had (25 or so)
