I wan to share this with you guys, I took this order with no idea how to cut it, but I got this done this afternoon. It is 44" x 33" 9mm plywood board cutout using same scrolling principles but different tool (Dremel). Was very challenging but after getting control of the tool torque it became piece of cake.

I friend of mine has asked me to help him with a washroom signs for his farm, I came out with this, what do you think? It has his farm logo added as well.

thanks for your comments Don, I have added to the pattern a kind of tenon joint and have placed it with carpenter's glue.
