Hi Katie, Hi Bob Katie's answer puts you on the right track bring your pattern into Inkscape, do a TRACE BITMAP, BREAK APART then select the parts that need to be drilled this will bring you very close to how many you have to do - I just tried this so I know it works...lol I think I just said what Katie said but in different terms - thanks Katie Fab4

I decided to jump on the UMBRA font bandwagon - can't let you guys have all the fun These letters are 1.5" high - I slowed down the speed of my saw quite a bit after I cut a few letters By slowing down the speed, I had much better control and the letters were coming out a lot better 7"x 9.75" There's 131 HOLES I have to drill then cut....piece of cake....LOL Didn't plan the size out too good - I'll correct it on the next one I can't help but think about Dick(@Heppnerguy) the driver of the bandwagon and Brenda(@Foxfold) first passenger while I'm working on this plaque FOR FONT REASONS ONLY Fab4
