  13. Just got back from the knee doctor earlier today, and said I was doing real good, was six weeks yesterday, and now I'am over 60%, still have another four weeks of therapy. I asked him how long will it be before I am able to bowl, and he left it up to me on how I feel, maybe in another week I can give it a try. Then I go back to him on the first week of December. I am off of all medications, and can go back to my regular medicine. Still have a little pain, but will go away in time. edward
  14. Tomorrow I have an appointment with the knee doctor, to see what he has to say, and how much more therapy I need. So far I'am doing pretty good according to therapy. still have some pain but not as bad, been riding the bike the past week for ten minutes. Now I will have to ask how much longer before I'am able to bowl. Will let you know how I made out. And my opinion is for anyone who needs a knee replacement I would say go for it, wasn't as bad as I antisapated. Edward

  18. Thought I would give everyone an update from my knee surgery. Been going to therapy three time a week, plus doing excerises at home, they say I am doing pretty good after a month from surgery, and the kenee is feeling pretty good, but still have a little pain, which is bareable. They had me riding the bike last week, was tough at first, but seemed to get easier, yesterday I rode it for eight minutes. The most important is getting the knee to bend, almost up to 100%. Well off to therapy, have a nice day. edward

Downloaded the Image and printed it out, and and spread glue to the back of the image on the 3/4" pine, then when dry I put a coat over the image, and let dry. Then I cut it out, and came out nice. It is called Royal Coat Decoupage its a clear satin finish. I did something simular about five years ago and still lookin good. edward
  24. Got my staples out yesterday, and wasn't as bad as I thought, really didn't feel anything, and the Doc says it looks really good, even took a script from the therepast, how well I was doing, and got a couple new excerises to do. Therapy is still another 4-5 weeks, and can't drive until I'am off the pain mediation . Go back to the Doctors the end of September. edward
  25. Tomorrow will be a busy day, in the morning I go to therapy, and the afternoon I go and get the staples out, like 28. hopefully it won't be to bad. Did manage to get a little shop time in yesterday, and should see some more time today. If anyone ever has surgery, my wife came up with something, to cover up before taking a shower. Cover the leg with press and seal, works much better then saran wrap, just thought I would pass it on. edward
