  6. I have had a similar experience with Mike. Some how one of my orders did not go through properly. All he had was part of my credit card number. I got a call from him just to verify the order. Not alot of people will give out service like he does. way to go MIKE!

  12. Very Nice cutting. As far as your stack cutting goes......You just doubled your output by making 2 at the same time. Stack cutting is a way for you to make more money and be more efficient at your production. I also agree $60.00 is too little. If you sold it at $100.00 you would have grossed $20.00 hr. In my opinion $20.00 hr is really good.

  21. Getting ready to do a Guest Book for my nieces wedding in two weeks. The guest book is going to be a puzzle with there engagement picture cut in pieces aprox 2"x2". People will sign the back of the puzzle piece with what ever they want to say. I promise to post pics of the puzzle when its done.

  24. Thats an awesome job for your first patter that you made.
  25. Couple of suggestions....1. take some steel wool to the blade ends. this will help remove the oils that are on the bade. #2 take out the screw and make sure the ends are flat. just take some sandpaper and sand it down a little bit to flatten it out. Also read your directions.....if your saw takes pinned blades also the clamps may have to be reversed to hold the blade properly. My old sears saw is that way. Good luck
