  1. This tread was on Steve Goods forum: http://stevedgood.com/community/index.php?topic=11229.0 Maybe might also help. FD Mke
  2. The rusty blades, have they been used once? I have some blade laying around the shop for many years never seen rust. FD Mike
  3. Check this out: http://www.mikesworkshop.com/Q&A-FP.htm I agree wirh Clayton, Also do not turn the speed down too much or you will starting what Clayton is talking about. FD Mikr
  4. Hi Beeber, I would not use a spiral blade. Even a # 2/0 leaves a wide kerf. Besides you get nothing but round corners. Use a regular flat blade. The number depends on the thickness of the wood. FD Mike
  5. Jerry, please email me. I have what you are looking for. FD Mike
  6. Check with Franks if he can help you to get new clamps for the saw. http://www.pozsgaidesigns.com/ FD Mike
  7. Ken, Please send me your email address to: [email protected]. I got your message but do not know how to reply. FD Mike
  8. Ken, Send me your address and I will be glad to send you a sample of the SR # 2/0. FD Mike
  9. Tere is no foot feed on a scroll scroll saw. There is no switch to regulate the speed while sawing. This would be very un-handy while sawing. Most have a foot switch what just turnes it on and off. FD Mike
  10. Here is a tutorial from Carter. He is the master puzzle cutter. http://www.mikesworkshop.com/Carter%20J ... torial.htm He also has a video: FD Mike
  11. I believe this company bought them out; Creative Woodcraft Plans, Ltd. They sell the patterns under Berry Basket. FD Mike.
  12. I like to use high speed most of the time, it gives a nice smooth cut. If not enough spedd you might push too hard into the blade and the blade will start cutting with a bevel. Let the blade do the cutting they say. Go to my web site and click on Selecting a blade and Q & A many good tips. FD Mike
  13. I just made a deal with a flower shop. They will set up a small tree and I will provide all the ornements. They are going to raffle it off and proceeds go the the local food pantry. Hope it works out FD Mike
  14. Carter Johnson has a tutorial about jigsaw puzzles on my web site and there are also 2 video's. FD Mike
  15. How come that you get blades with oil. Do you read all the replies? None has problems with oil. Some one or you must have dropped them in oil. I don't like what you are saying about oil. My blades are clean, like the Olson blades. Did you read who makes the Olson blades? Scroller is a dealer of mine. Wolfmoon, it is time to start a new post, showing some pictures or telling what you are making. FD Mike
