I have used super glue gel on a varnished surface and about 6 months down the track, pieces were starting to fall off. It was the Lords prayer.........and I was pissed.................. Merlin

Thanks people lovely comments...not my design but will sea if can retrieve the site from where I found it....... arg...yes was tested on the beard and broke nothing hair or wood.....................

Not bragging....testing... these two combs were made from 1/4 inch recycled Rimu ply.. one is finished with BLO the other finished with bee's wax................ will let you know how they hold up compared to solid wood......... Thanks Merlin

That is fantastic Helmut.......may be a little gold paint on some of the detail wood be alright...but as is, is just great................... Hope you are ok and not to long in hospital....get better soon......................
