Man my posts are not getting through? I gave up a nice review and it's not here? This is depressing.i can't remember all the fine things that came to mind about this project to relay it again, humph!
Yes Ralph it was good to scroll a little it's tough to roll the saw out side up and down ramps. The light table saw i have is bad enough to carry out side.
Designs on the fly!Red oak, scroll saws and Smitty seem to be evenly matched.I just love the silky smooth cuts in the red oak.Highly polished cuttings right off the scroll saw .Your a real natural in designing quality keepsake treasures.Keep up the great work!
A request came in for this one.Done in plywood 3/4" .Yellow rope will hang from it with 6 green tennis balls on the end of the cord.3" letters ,everything three coats ,kilz, paint and final satin paint. 36'' long
Your a man of your word with this flaming eagle.Interesting how you made it happen,It really looks like it's flameing.I see no room for improvement.great looking cutting .You did your homework to get it to look like this!
Nice, nice detailed job! I've never run across mesquite lumber yet. just me, but I would have the raw edge on the bottom .But it really doesn't matter!
LOL i forgot all about the deer.Clayton's intarsia deer and yours are two peas in a pod for great looking projects.you did a jam up good job on this one!
Love the idea of a dremil enclosed work area.I used to make sand blast encloseures that used water exclusively.Company's still in business in milwaukee"vapor blast"It even sharpened tools. Not only that ,your dremil enclosure is sound deadening for the neighbors too.Something i worry about with the dremil and router. Please keep us posted on the works of it .i'm curiose to see what you come up with
GREAT LOOKING CUTTING! Great frame,BUT The wood chosen might have been better as the grain looks like not too fitting for a sea harsh weather scene. But it i what it is.You jut never know till it's done.No worry's though.Looks super and very detailed.
The uniqueness will grow on you.as one of a kind specialty boxes do.Won't last long at the shows.Looks exspensive and should be with all the hard woods used.No quick easy cuts here.Great job DANIEL!
Beauty is in the eye's of the beholder ,i wish i was holding this one! This one touches all my happy nerves and makes my mouth water with joy.Your work here was time well spent! This is a man's box.You sure do some fantastic projects all designed by you too.I'd be very proud to show this one off.Good taste in choices of wood too!
I have that problem when i don't remember to square the table.Maybe it was the first piece you cut or last but leaning on my Dewalt table tends to go off square and when i'm not leaning on it it's square again.I need to find out what's wrong ,but i think last time it was saw dust jammed in under the degree wheel for adjusting the angles cut.
